Christmas Cards

Got my 2 SIM cards and the Christmas card yesterday in a nice wax sealed envelope…

Unfortunately, it seems that EE (and therefore Zevvle) coverage for me is practically non-existent (despite EE’s network coverage saying Excellent 4G inside/out, great 3G and good 2G) - I just managed to get the faintest of signals from leaning out of the 2nd floor skylight… Where should issues like this be recorded? I’ve frozen the 1 SIM I activated for now :frowning:

Message in app with the details and they pass the info about coverage issues on. No guarantee of fixes, but can help.

I forgot to say thank you for mine again!
