Just a quick update to let you know that as promised we have set up a customer service phone line for you. We have been testing for the last week, it will go live for all users of this forum from next Monday 7th August and for all other Zevvlers from September.
The opening hours of the line will be from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, however for urgent enquiries you can leave a voicemail outside of these hours which will be picked up. This new service in no way effects the availability of the Helpdesk which will continue to operate as normal. Ideally the customer services number will be used for urgent enquiries however we also understand that some customers prefer to speak to someone rather than access help online so please feel free to use it if you prefer to do so.
Like any new initiative we are keen to get any feedback as we go, we will of course refine any aspect of the process as required based on this feedback.
I’ll publish the number on these forums on Monday morning before 9am.
