The issue was out of our immediate control, and was an issue with the hosting provider Render (their status dashboard is here: https://status.render.com). If the hosting becomes an issue we will look at options because it’s vital for us that any inconvenience is on your service is eliminated or kept at an absolute minimum. Thanks for your patience with this. I’m over in France at the moment but will be keeping an eye on the forums and the help desk is also ready and waiting to provide any assistance. We have spotted an issue in the app with Render the hosting provider, please note we are working to get this back up and running as a matter of urgency. Thank you all for your patience, we will update you all shortly.

It has come to our attention that a small number of users are experiencing some issues with the webapp, please be rest assured we have our technical team dealing with this and hopefully the problem will be resolved very soon.

We have partially fixed the issue and transactions, the ordering of extra sim cards and balance checks is back up and running.
