I was wondering if maybe a shared credit allowance would be good? For example you top up your account by £10 and then share it with 2 sims etc.
For example you could have your smartphone and then a emergancy phone and share the credit between them. I think it would be good to have both options. 1st option top up individual sim cards or 2nd option share credit between sims.

This is actually what we do already — your account balance is shared across all your SIMs
