Sim changes are in progress

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to resolve this, I get the same error on both of my sim cards.

The settings wheel just spinning constantly and no changes can be made. It’s been like this for weeks!

I appreciate that Nick is not around atm which is why I’ve not had a reply to any messages to him.

Hey, for a little context have mad any changes to the sim settings? If so what type of changes?

And have you revised your account using app.zevvle.com and been able to make any changes to the sim?

In the past Nick has had to do a tweak in the backend to get things going again as it had got stuck.
