Unable to change plan in app

Hi,

I’m considering changing from purely payg to payg calls/sms plus data at some stage and noticed that you can now do this in the app but when I had a look I see the following, seems to be a display issue?

I’ve got a vision impairment so need a larger font but even when changed to the lowest font it only shows as:

Hi Paul — this is an issue switching from an older PAYG plan to the new shared bundles which we haven’t supported, hence the messed up layout. I’ll send you a message now and get it sorted for you. :slight_smile:
