Hello,

There’s currently an incident affecting incoming & outgoing voice calls; our supplier is working to get it fixed.

Will keep you updated when we know more.

Events

16:30: Incoming and outgoing calls start dropping.
18:23: Voice services are restored.
18:41: After a surge in network traffic, calls start disconnecting again.
19:59: The affected parts of the network are fixed.

Any further updates we’ll let you know.

We’ve been told the incident is fixed; calls are working on the SIMs we’ve tested. If calls still won’t connect, try toggling flight mode/restarting the phone, and if they still drop send us a message.
