  • Multi-SIMs are live! Anyone can now order up-to 5* extra SIMs from the account screen in-app (or during sign-up) for extra devices, family, etc.

*This is a soft-limit – message us if you need more. :sunglasses:

  • We’ve updating our pricing, in particular we’ve removed the £5/month subscription fee and started charging £2/month for extra SIM cards (the first being free).

Does the pricing change means the first SIM is essentially free and the 5£/month fee is gone even for those who only use one SIM?

How do you cancel a SIM you don’t need any more?

We don’t have a formal way to pause accounts yet, but change your monthly top-up to £0 for the time being and that will effectively do the same thing for now. :slight_smile:
