Good idea @smsm1. Honest Mobile don’t even keep your address on file and only use it for sending a Physical SIM (which was the only option when I first signed up), so you might be onto something there!

If not, I picked up 3 SMARTY SIMs (Honest is a bit out of their price bracket) from the Petrol Station this morning to help my poor friends who have been affected by this (there’s no way I’m going to be able to Port them in time now) so the other option @modano is to get someone you trust to pick you up a SIM and then get them to read the SIM Card Number and set up an account with them and then have them ship the SIM.

Hello @modano

There are a couple of solutions on this thread of ways you can port your number without needing to pick up a physical SIM card. Please let me know if you would like me to direct you to those posts or if we can help in any other way.

The network was unable financially to continue to operate and was faced with being switched off without notice. Shareholders have backed the network financially to keep it operational for a long time significant investment went in to the company and no funds whatsoever came out. Unfortunately shareholders were not able to continue funding the network, hence the situation we are in.

Shareholders did however make a substantial payment to keep the network running for an extra week in order to give people a chance to port their number to another network and to ensure no downtime of service. We would have loved to have given more notice but I’m afraid it wasn’t possible. We have worked since though to ensure everybody gets the support they need with their specific situations.

As things stand the network will no longer exist as of the end of this month.

That’s an interesting concept, one that I hadn’t heard of before.

Might get one to have a play with! I’m not sure if I’d trust my Primary SIM on there just in case, but I do have one phone that accepts eSIMs (my personal iPhone) and one that doesn’t (my work OnePlus 9 Pro) and sometimes I change things up and going from eSIM to Physical SIM can be a bit annoying!

Very happy to hear it’s sorted for you, thank you George at Honest!

We switched to Vodafone and now no one in EE can call us. How do we resolve this?

Contact Vodafone customer support. It might resolve itself overnight. It might be they need to do a further fix to resolve the issue.

Spent an hour with Vodafone and they can’t resolve the issue. It’s something in EE side. My sons use EE and they can’t call me.

It’s actually just me. Wife’s phone is working as expected. It’s also only people on EE who can’t call me.

Looks like @James will need to get one of the engineers on their side to fix things. I’ve heard of that issue happen before and it’s resolvable. It’ll be an issue with the redirect.

Thanks Sean.

@Martyphee I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue. To ensure the right people see this quickly would you mind briefly emailing the issue to help@zevvle.com please. I’ll also intervene to try to see if we can fix this quickly for you.

A potential fix was attempted tonight, I’ll follow up in the morning.

Same issue. Can’t receive calls from EE NETWORK

Still not working

We have tried to reset from our side @Martyphee, I’ve been advised to ask you to remove the sim and put it back in and to try again. Could you update the outcome to the he helpdesk please? I’m not in a position to be able to check the forums all day today but the helpdesk will be staffed. Thanks

I got an eSIM. I removed the zevvle sim from the phone.

Thx, I’ve sent support an email

Have you tried to restart your phone? It might help resetting the connections to the network.

I’ve restarted at least 10 times.
