Hello! Welcome to the forum.
We currently have pay-as-you-go (see our pricing), but are looking into a more traditional pay-monthly with plans shared across multiple SIM cards.
All you need is a debit/credit card and an address, so no age restrictions as such.

They currently are – one has to message us to disable it, which is less than ideal. We’re going to automate it, but it means getting a 3rd party involved which we haven’t set up just yet.
